Prime Protection LLC offers a wide variety of security services,
including security guards, event staff, vehicle patrol, executive protection, and other services.

satisfaction. Due to our very selective hiring processes we hire only the most qualified and
professional officers. We provide our officers with ongoing training to ensure that they can
handle any situation that may arise. Prime Protection LLC will customize a security package to

Training
Training:
• All Prime Protection Guards are licensed through the State of Michigan
• All security personnel receive ongoing training from Training Staff
Ongoing guard training is provided on subject topics such
as: de-escalation, powers to arrest, observation & documentation, public
relations and communication.
• All officers are trained in CPR, First Aid, TCCC, or TECC.
Reporting Software
Prime Protection LLC utilizes Patrol Software for all of our reporting
and dispatch needs. Officers open the application using their smartphone or
company provided iPad and are able to write and submit all reports instantly.
Reports are then sent straight to the client via email.
• Patrol Software also includes Guard Tour Reports, which consist of
QR barcodes which are placed at various points on a client’s property and
scanned by the guard as they complete their rounds. The Guard Tour Report
logs the time and GPS location each time the guard scans one of the
barcodes, allowing the client to track the guard throughout their shift.
• Client Portal: Patrol Software includes a client portal where clients
are able to login and view all reports, in addition to creating pass-downs
(messages that go directly to the guards working at your property or event)
